Mercy For Animals is the largest and most effective international charity focused exclusively on preventing cruelty to farmed animals.

As part of an international team of innovators changing the world, you will do the most meaningful work of your life at Mercy For Animals.

We’ve obtained unprecedented convictions of factory farms, pressured major companies to change how they treat animals, inspired millions to choose more plant-based foods, and won major legislative victories.

We believe each of us deserves to bring our whole self to a safe environment where we can do our best work. At Mercy For Animals, we foster an inclusive workplace where we lift one another up. Surveys and a staff-led culture committee elevate our staff’s voices.

We provide strong protections for our team members, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, or race. We extend these policies to interactions with donors, volunteers, interns, and contractors. Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Mercy For Animals celebrates LGBTQ+ pride, supports women’s rights, and promotes the anti-racist principles of the Black Lives Matter movement. Join our mission to build a just and compassionate food system.

We offer employees ample time off, flexible schedules, telecommuting opportunities, and generous benefits. Self-care, mindfulness, and work-life balance are essential to building a sustainable movement for animals. Our offices are also dog-friendly and vegan.

Our staff is our most valuable asset. Continual learning is part of everything we do. Employees have access to a resource library with thousands of training videos. Mercy For Animals also offers excellent opportunities for advancement.
